4/26/21: Updated Re-opening Guidance for Large-Scale Outdoor Event Venues, Casinos and Gaming Facilities, Offices, and Gyms Fitness Centers

4/20/21: Capacity at arenas and large events will increase on May 19. Spectator capacity will increase to 25 percent at large-scale arenas and event venues, including professional and collegiate sports, and major performances. Social distancing, masks, health screenings and all other health and safety protocols remain in effect.

4/19/21: Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) to Provide Funding to Restaurants and other Eligible Businesses

4/15/21: The SBA has identified and fixed the initial issues related to the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant application portal. Advance notice of the reopening date will be given to allow for sufficient preparation time. Learn more:

4/14/21: NY's 11 p.m. curfew for bars, restaurants to be extended to midnight - Catered events to 1 a.m.

4/14/21: Spectators Will Be Allowed at Horse and Auto Races at 20 Percent Capacity Beginning April 22

4/13/21: Governor Cuomo Announces New Targeted Effort to Vaccinate Workers at New York State Farms and Food Production Companies

4/13/21: Monroe County suspends use of Johnson & Johnson vaccine after CDC, FDA recommendation

4/12/21: Governor Cuomo Announces Updated Guidance for Graduation and Commencement Ceremonies

4/9/21: NYS DOH Publishes Updated Guidance for In-Person Schools in Accordance with CDC Recommendations

4/9/21: Detailed Guidance Posted for Outdoor Amusement and Water Parks, Including Traveling Carnivals (Guidance for Festivals and Street Fairs is expected soon.)

4/8/21: "To-go" alcoholic beverages have been extended through May 6. Throughout the pandemic the State has permitted to-go alcoholic beverages with the purchase of food to help support bars and restaurants. Remember to drink responsibly.
