Rochester Chamber Announces Staff Promotions

Rochester Business Alliance President and CEO Bob Duffy announced the promotions of three staff members. The moves are designed to strengthen RBA's human resource services and RBA Staffing divisions.

The promotions include:

Burt Parks to Director of Staffing from Manager of Contract Staffing. In his new role, Parks oversees the day-to-day operation of RBA Staffing. Parks has 20 years of staffing industry experience, including eight years at RBA Staffing. The SUNY Geneseo alum lives in Penfield and is an active coach with Penfield Little League.

Michael Quinlan to RBA Human Resources Administrator from Placement Specialist. In his new role, Quinlan is responsible for managing internal RBA HR functions as well as providing member services including the HR Helpline, HR forums, and Friday Business Briefings. Quinlan is a graduate of Aquinas Institute and Monroe Community College.

Ferah Roman to Manager of Contract Staffing from Placement Specialist. Roman has 13 years of staffing industry experience, including three years at Manpower and 10 years at RBA Staffing. Roman and her husband live in Greece and are active in soccer with their two daughters
