SCHOOL OF THE ARTS PRESENTS A FESTIVE HOLIDAY ARTS SHOWCASE

Rochester, NY – School of the Arts celebrates the season with a Holiday Arts Showcase premiering Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 7:00 PM. This virtual event features the creativity and talents of SOTA students in Grades 7-12, and includes poetry readings from the Creative Writing Department, and performances from the Dance, Drama, and Music Departments. SOTA’s Holiday Arts Showcase also includes an online exhibit of 2-D and 3-D work created by the Visual Arts majors. The performance incorporates popular instrumental and vocal music selections, winter-themed ballet and modern dance performances, original writings and scripts, and a finale production of The Christmas Song which is sure to delight audiences of all ages. The show will be available for viewing on SOTA’s website at SOTAROCHESTER.ORG from Tuesday, December 22, 2020 through Monday, January 4, 2021.
