Phillips Lytle LLP Elects Three Attorneys to the Firm’s Partnership
Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP attorneys Erin C. Borek, Jillian M. Dunbar and Joshua Glasgow have been elected to become partners in the firm as of January 1, 2022. Ms. Borek and Mr. Glasgow are based in the firm’s Buffalo office, and Ms. Dunbar is based in the firm’s Rochester office.

Ms. Borek, a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focuses her practice on construction and commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract claims and commercial torts. Her practice also includes personal injury disputes and civil rights litigation. In addition, she represents clients responding to government investigations and regularly advises clients on electronic discovery issues, including organizing and managing complex and high-volume document reviews. She has experience briefing and arguing appeals in both federal and state courts, including the New York Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
Ms. Dunbar concentrates her practice in the area of banking and financial services, particularly commercial lending transactions including affordable housing tax credit deals, tax abatement transactions, construction lending and general middle market transactions with real estate and Uniform Commercial Code collateral.
Mr. Glasgow concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on appellate work. He has extensive experience in a variety of civil cases, including business torts, class actions, employment, banking, environmental law, mass torts, trust and estate litigation, and product liability matters. He has briefed and argued cases before the New York Appellate Division and multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals.
