Don't miss the opportunity to receive complimentary pay increase, holiday, health benefits, and policies & benefits data for the Rochester area as a participant in the 2022 third quarter surveys!

Corporate and Partner members were recently sent an email invitation to participate in a variety of benchmarking surveys that take place throughout the summer. Members that participate automatically receive complimentary results when released, as a benefit of membership. Below is a summary of upcoming surveys:

• 2022 Pay Trends Survey – This annual survey reports pay adjustments (merit, cost of living, etc.) received as a percentage of pay in Rochester-area firms giving increases. To be emailed the week of July 11 to members that signed up.
• 2023 Holiday Closing Survey – This annual survey reports anticipated 2023 holiday observances by member companies. To be emailed the week of August 1 to members that signed up.
• 2023 Policies & Benefits Survey - This comprehensive survey was split into 2 sections in 2021 with each section to be conducted every other year going forward. This year’s edition reports policies and benefits on topics such as health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, part-time employee benefits, and more. Participants receive complimentary Rochester and national results. To be emailed around the week of September 12 to members that signed up.
• 2022 Health Benefits Survey – This survey doesn't require sign up as it is sent to all Corporate and Partner member HR contacts. We collect Rochester-area data on many health insurance topics including average health plan premiums, domestic partner and part-time benefits, as well as questions on retiree benefits, high-deductible health plans, self-insured, and dental plans. This survey will be emailed the week of July 18.

There is still plenty of time to sign up for all of these surveys. If you haven't already done so, click here to sign up to participate in the third quarter surveys.
