Don't miss the opportunity to receive complimentary pay increase, holiday, health benefits, and/or policies & practices data for the Rochester area by participating in the 2023 summer surveys!

Corporate and Partner members are invited to participate in a variety of summer benchmarking surveys each year. Those that participate automatically receive complimentary results when released for those surveys they participate in, as a valuable benefit of membership. Below is a summary of surveys currently in progress or starting next month:

• 2023 Health Benefits Survey – This comprehensive local survey doesn't require sign up as it is sent to all Corporate and Partner member designated HR contacts. We collect Rochester-area data on many health insurance topics including average monthly employee and employer health plan premium contributions, domestic partner and part-time benefits, as well as questions on retiree benefits, high-deductible health plans, self-insured, and dental plans. This survey is in progress now and the deadline has been extended to August 24th.
• 2023 Pay Trends Survey – This brief local survey reports pay adjustments (merit, cost of living, etc.) received as a percentage of pay in Rochester-area firms giving increases. This survey is also in progress now and the extended deadline is August 18^th.
• 2024 Holiday Closings Survey – This brief local survey reports anticipated 2024 holiday observances by member companies. This survey is in progress and the initial deadline is August 25^th.
• 2024 Policies & Practices Survey - This comprehensive national and local survey reports on a variety of policies and practices for topics such as: pay practices, paid time off, recruitment, training and development, employee/community relations, and workplace policies. It is expected to start the week of September 11th.

There is still plenty of time to participate in any/all of these surveys. We often have flexibility on the deadlines for our local surveys so feel free to ask! You may also view and print the 2023 Greater Rochester Chamber benchmarking survey calendar which shows the timing of a survey each year and includes descriptions of each survey.
