Greenlight Networks Announces New Additions to Team and Internal Promotions

Greenlight Networks is delighted to announce the addition of several talented professionals to their team as well as several internal promotions. We believe these personnel will significantly contribute to our company’s continued growth and success.

New Hires:
Alyssia Santiago, Concierge in Rochester, NY (Customer Experience)
Alyssia has a background in retail management, operations management, and event coordination. She has a B.A. in anthropology and linguistics and is currently working on a B.S. in software engineering. Her skills include inventory management, budget and payroll management, customer relationship management, marketing, data entry, cross-cultural communication, and languages (German and Spanish). In her new role she will be a customers’ liaison for all aspects of the company’s network and operations, including construction, installation, maintenance, general billing, sales inquiries, and customer service.

 

Kevin Gorman, Director of Commercial Sales in Rochester, NY (Marketing & Business Development)
Kevin comes from an executive level marketing background focusing on consumer and small business segments in multiple industries. Kevin received a BA from SUNY Buffalo in 1986. His wife and he are originally from Buffalo and after a brief time in Chicago now reside in Fairport since 1995.

Prior to Greenlight Networks Kevin was employed at Windstream Enterprise where he was the director of Channel Client Development, focusing on the base of small and mid-market commercial customers sold by third party channel partners. In his new role.

Kevin’s focus will be on the launch of Greenlight’s commercial fast fiber offering to Small and Medium Enterprises consisting of over 10,000 businesses with twenty or fewer employees already on or near the Greenlight network. In addition, he is responsible for leading our team that helps property managers, developers and homeowner’s associations add value to their Mixed Use or Multiple Dwelling Unit properties via bulk agreements for ultra-high speed fiber internet service.

Internal Promotions:
Steven Hazekamp,
Business Project Coordinator in Rochester, NY (Business Development)
Previous Title: Service Delivery Specialist
Steven has a background in hospitality management and technology repair. He attended University for IT and Accounting before working in customer support at Greenlight Networks.

His previous role as a Service Delivery Specialist required him to be responsible for residential order Quality Assurance and residential installation scheduling. He also Reviewed orders and requests for errors, ensuring ordering process runs smoothly as well as confirming and administering government issued benefits.

In his new role as a Project Coordinator in Business development he is responsible for all small business and small MDU orders, from order placement all the way to installation.

Jared Cummings, Field Technician Lead in Rochester, NY (Field Technicians)
Previous Title: Field Technician
Jared has a background in fiber as an outside field technician. In his previous role he did aerial installations as well as burial installations for residential/commercial installs. In his new role he is responsible for answering questions and concerns as well as assisting other technicians with installation processes. He will also be assisting and preparing the training for new technicians.

 

 

Jesse Dangler, Field Technician Lead in Rochester, NY (Field Technicians)
Previous Title: Field Technician
Jesse has a background in skilled housewares as well as hospitality. He possesses expertise in pipe installation and repair, adhering to safety regulations and efficiently managing time as well as following codes and regulations in plumbing. As well as competencies in customer service and adeptly managing multiple tasks concurrently.

As a Field technician he was responsible for Installing fiber optic cables to new customers encompassing both residential and small business clients and undertaking repairs for any unexpected cable damage.

In his new role as a Field Technician Lead, he is involved in increasing training efforts and responsible for addressing questions and concerns from field technicians. Involved in assisting his team with installations, aerial work as well as underground tasks.

Andrew Quinn
Field Technician Supervisor in Rochester, NY (Field Technicians)
Previous Title: Outside Fiber Technician
Andrew Quinn has a background in Fiber from his previous role as a field technician. He was responsible for Installing fiber optic cables to new customers encompassing both residential and small business clients and undertaking repairs for any unexpected cable damage.

In his new role he will be conducting quality assessments on Fieldwork completed by both our in-house technicians and contracted professionals. As well as addressing and resolving customer escalations.

 

Yesenia Robles
Front Desk Office Administrator in Rochester, NY (Human Resources)
Previous Title: Concierge
Yesenia’s professional background encompasses experience in hospitality management, business communications and marketing gained from her prior roles in various organizations. Her skills include strong Interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency in data entry and payroll management along with bilingual competency in both Spanish and English.

In her previous role she was a customers’ liaison for all aspects of the company’s network and operations, including construction, installation, maintenance, general billing, sales inquiries, and customer service.

As a Front Desk Office Administrator, she is responsible for welcoming arriving guests in a professional manner while providing guidance and assistance to visitors. Managing Office operations and supporting staff members by coordinating administrative tasks.

Andrew Holley
Service Delivery Specialist in Rochester, NY (Service Delivery)
Previous Title: Concierge
Anthony has a background in Management and Customer Service for 18+ years. He is excellent at adjusting to rapidly changing environments and ensuring customer needs are addressed in a timely manner. He has created and or documented many procedures to help maximize productivity and training while maintaining a safe working environment. He enjoys working with customers to resolve their issues and finding a path forward that satisfies our customers.

In his previous role he was a customers’ liaison for all aspects of the company’s network and operations, including construction, installation, maintenance, general billing, sales inquiries, and customer service.
