M.A. Polce Promotes Javier Figueroa to Cyber & Information Security Services Manager
(Rome, NY, Nov. 21 2023) – M.A. Polce, a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, is proud to announce it has recently promoted Javier Figueroa from Cybersecurity Consultant to Cyber & Information Security Services Manager.
As the Cyber & Information Security Manager, he will manage M.A. Polce's cybersecurity team and oversee internal and external security operations. He will also spearhead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and mission. Additionally, Javier will spend some of his time working directly with clients as a Security Consultant and leading the deployment of M.A. Polce's cybersecurity, information security, and compliance services.
Figueroa is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Before joining M.A. Polce, he recently served as a Director of Corporate IT and Security Services and Information Security Officer at HealtheConnections. In this role, he headed the organization's corporate IT, cybersecurity, and information security.
Figueroa holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Utica College and has several certifications to his credit, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISACA-certified Information Security Manager (CISM), HITRUST Certified CFS Practitioner, and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
