St. John Fisher University’s Annual Spring Career Fest Returns with Exciting New Venue
St. John Fisher University is gearing up to host its highly anticipated Annual Spring Career Fest, slated to take place on Thursday, March 21, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. In an exciting update, the event will unfold in a new location this year, the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Athletic Center Field House.
This change in venue comes with expanded capacity, allowing up to 100 employers to register for the career fair. With spots expected to fill up quickly, Greater Rochester Chamber members are encouraged to secure their spots promptly by registering on Handshake. In the event that capacity is reached, interested businesses can contact Amy Race at arace@sjf.edu to be placed on the waitlist.
The registration fees for participating businesses are structured as follows:
- For-profit registration: $225 for two representatives
- Non-profit registration: $125 for two representatives
- Additional representatives: $25 each, up to two extra representatives
Proceeds generated from the event will contribute to the Career Accelerator Award (CAA), an initiative that extends financial support to students pursuing experiential learning opportunities directly linked to career outcomes.
The Career Fest promises to be a prime opportunity for businesses to engage with a diverse pool of talent. Students from all majors and class years are invited to attend, with a focus on connecting them with full-time positions, internships, and seasonal roles.
