Phillips Lytle Appoints Anthony Joseph Iacchetta to Lead Its Land, Environment and Energy Practice Group
Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP has announced that Anthony Joseph Iacchetta has been appointed Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Land, Environment and Energy Practice Group effective January 1, 2024. Anthony succeeds Kimberly R. Nason who served as the group leader for two years. This practice group includes the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental Law, Energy and Renewables, and Telecommunications Teams.

Anthony focuses his practice on real estate matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases and refinances, as well as review of real estate titles and title insurance policies in his role as an agent for Stewart Title Insurance Company through Phillips Lytle. Anthony also has years of experience handling real estate litigation and workouts across New York State. He is one of the leading attorneys in the area of tax lien foreclosures in New York.
Anthony received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and his B.A. from the University of Rochester. He has been named an Upstate New York Super Lawyers® Rising Star, and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
