Registration is open now through Friday, April 26th  for the 32nd running of the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge® in Rochester, scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Innovative Field.

This will be the sixth time that the 3.5-mile team run/walk will be held in Downtown Rochester, having moved from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2017. And, for the first time since the move, the entire race course will be held on Downtown streets with more waterfront views.

The May 23 starting horn will sound at 7 p.m. and company registration is available at www.jpmorganchasecc.com. Entry fee is $43 per employee and businesses may enter a minimum team of four, with no maximum.

Last year’s Corporate Challenge was held on Thursday, May 25 with a crowd of 3,974 entrants from 194 companies, an impressive 33% increase from 2022. Paychex (217 entrants), L3Harris (161), and University of Rochester (115) were the three largest participating companies. The fastest teams were Corning, which earned the male team crown, and the University of Rochester, winners of the female and mixed titles. Individual champions were Lee Sortore of Progressive Machine & Design and Trisha Byler from International Flavors & Fragrances.

Race organizers are planning on a crowd of approximately 5,000 runners and walkers this May. All will celebrate their achievement by celebrating post-race and Hospitality reservations within Innovative Field are available now through April 28. Companies that have questions about what option is best for them may contact Rochester@CorpChallenge.JPMorgan.com or (585) 295-8551. The post-race party is entirely within the ballpark, with hospitality options ranging from private suites (that can accommodate up to 150 company employees), priority seating in the lower bowl with organized team meeting space and signage, and open seating in the upper levels and outfield. Companies may pre-order catering or acquire Diamond Dollars to purchase concession food and beverage.

The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is an all-inclusive event open to all ages, job titles, and skill levels, including the best runners in the region alongside joggers and walkers. The leaderboard will also feature official results in specific categories for athletes with disabilities and non-binary entrants.

Rochester hosted its first Corporate Challenge in 1991 at Highland Park and is part of the eight-country, six-continent J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series. Including its Virtual events during the pandemic in 2020-21, this will be the 48th consecutive year of operation for the Series.
