Geared for Growth: Fusion Digital grows with customers as they celebrate 20 years in Greater Rochester
Fusion Digital is a one-stop shop for managed information technology and audio-visual solutions for organizations up and down the East Coast. Co-president Taylor Ferranti was featured on Geared for Growth on Wednesday, May 1st as part of Greater Rochester Chamber’s ongoing partnership with 13WHAM/FOX Rochester. Ferranti discussed the organization’s capabilities, what exciting growth they’ve experienced recently, and what her vision for the future of Fusion Digital is.
Fusion Digital provides a multitude of information technology services and audio-visual support for all kinds of companies. “There is a ton of stuff that falls
under both of those umbrellas,” Taylor noted. Examples of the kinds of services that they provide include network infrastructure, licensing and procurement of hardware or software, ongoing support services, video conferencing products, digital signage, LED video walls, menu boards, and more. Their primary focus within the industry is the business and corporate side of support services, including a large number of K-12 education customers. “We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers, and building and maintaining relationships is really at the foundation of what we do at Fusion Digital,” Ferranti stated as their differentiator for other organizations in this space.
Founded in 2003, Fusion Digital celebrated its 20-year anniversary last year and have experienced a significant amount of growth in the past five years specifically. “We hit a huge growth spurt over the past five years,” Ferranti noted. Specifically, Taylor was proud to share that their service department has more than quadrupled in size, providing even more jobs to professionals in the Greater Rochester region. “We grow with our customers. We’re with our customers all the way from inception when they first have the idea to execution and ongoing support.” Taylor explained, “That’s what kind of helps us grow outside of the Upstate NY reach.” For customers in Greater Rochester, the organization is proud to have a new live interactive Demo Room filled with cutting edge technology at their headquarters in East Rochester.
On the heels of their 20th anniversary, when asked what her vision for the next 20 years, Ferranti explained that their customer-service mindset is a key priority to stay top of mind, in addition to expanded products and services throughout the country. From a broader perspective outside of business, she explained that they hope to increase their impact in the communities they service, including Greater Rochester.
