Rochling Medical Rochester Announces New Personnel Changes
Röchling Medical Rochester has announced several exciting new promotions and additions to their staff.
Anthony Maiola has been promoted to General Manager on April 8, 2024. He originally moved to Röchling Medical in May 2022 and looks back on a long career in well-known medical technology companies such as Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson and Bausch+Lomb. Prior to being promoted, Tony was our Director of Supply Chain. Tony was born and raised in Rochester, and after moving away he has come back and currently resides in Penn Yan with his family.
Colin McGrath has taken on the role of Director, Quality on April 22, 2024. Colin is responsible for the strategic development of quality management in Rochester Colin previously worked as Associate Director Quality at medical technology manufacturer Zimmer Biomet. Colin will be relocating from Canton, Ohio to Rochester in the upcoming months, with his wife.
Joe Arcara has assumed the position of Director, Finance & Treasury North America on April 15, 2024. With this regionally oriented role, the Rochester and Lancaster locations are growing closer together. The business economist has many years of experience in financial management and project controlling in manufacturing companies. Most recently, he worked at Schindler Elevator Corporation as Area Finance Controller.
