Greater Rochester Chamber staff members win leadership awards
This week, Greater Rochester Chamber staff members Marc Cohen and Melanie DellaPietra were honored with the SUNY Albany Rockefeller College 10 Under 10 alumni award and the Rochester Professional Consultants Network Entrepreneurs Wall of Fame Leadership Award respectively.
Greater Rochester Chamber Chief of Staff Marc Cohen received the SUNY Albany 10 Under 10 alumni award at a ceremony on Friday. The 10 Under 10 list celebrates Rockefeller College alumni who are less than 10 years out of school and have made notable contributions to their industries and communities. Cohen joined the Greater Rochester Chamber team in 2018 and oversees legislative affairs for Greater Rochester Chamber, leading advocacy efforts to ensure the business community in the nine-county Greater Rochester region is well represented at the local, State, and Federal level. Greater Rochester Chamber Talent Strategy Partner Melanie DellaPietra was announced as the RPCN Entrepreneurs Wall of Fame Leadership Award recipient on Monday. The award recognizes a leader within their organization who promotes business growth and fosters diversity. DellaPietra, who joined our Talent Strategy team in 2022, leads the Greater ROC Relocate program and has contributed to other workforce development and community outreach efforts. She also runs Greater Rochester Chamber's CLIMB program, helping to develop other young leaders in the Greater Rochester region.
