Greater Rochester Chamber understands the power of recognition and creating an impact in our community. Throughout all of our work, our mission is to recognize ways to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and create opportunities for organizations throughout the Greater Rochester region. As a part of this, we are proud to present various awards programs for individuals and organizations, large and small, in Greater Rochester who strive to make a difference and grow our local economy. Our various awards focus on specific criteria and categories to afford opportunities to changemakers in all industries and from all diverse backgrounds.

Our awards are specifically designed to uplift all finalists, recipients, and honorees, help grow their networks, and connect them to new levels of success and brand building. Greater Rochester Chamber’s award finalists,  and the organizations they work for, are showcased to our 1,300+ members. For individuals, this recognition helps to build a personal brand as a leader in the Greater Rochester community. For organizations, this can provide an opportunity to build brand awareness, connect with new customers and employees, and enhance your reputation as an organization on the cutting edge of change and development in the Greater Rochester area and beyond.

	Nominate changemakers for the Colors of Success Leadership Award by Thursday, August 8 The Colors of Success Leadership Award celebrates individuals who have shown outstanding leadership in fostering a sense of belonging, ensuring economic fairness, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in their workplace and the Greater Rochester community.
