Each year, Greater Rochester Chamber conducts 11 wage and benefits surveys to provide employers with the data they need to stay competitive. Four of those surveys are conducted between July and September. Corporate and Partner members were recently sent an email invitation to sign up to participate in the summer surveys. Members that participate automatically receive complimentary results when released for those surveys they participate in, as a benefit of membership. The summer surveys include:

• 2024 Health Benefits Survey - This local survey reports valuable data on various employee benefits including: plan offerings, premium contributions, management of premium increases, and benefits strategies, plus data on dental, retiree medical, high deductible plans, self-insured plans, and more.
• 2024 Pay Trends Survey - This survey reports actual and projected pay adjustments received as a percent of pay in firms granting increases.
• 2025 Holiday Closings Survey - This survey reports anticipated holiday observances for the year 2025.
• 2025 National Benefits Survey - This comprehensive biennial survey of policies and benefits includes topics such as: health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, and part-time employee benefits, broken down into local and national data.

There is still plenty of time to sign up for all of these surveys! If you haven't already done so, click here to sign up to participate in the third quarter surveys. You may also view and print the 2024 Greater Rochester Chamber benchmarking survey calendar which shows the timing of a survey each year and includes descriptions of each survey. If you were unable to participate and wish to purchase any of the surveys, complete and return the order form.
