Rochester, New York, July 18, 2024 – Underberg & Kessler LLP is pleased to announce that Tyler J. Wilson has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group.
Tyler represents businesses and individuals in litigation, negotiations, and mediation. He has experience conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions and legal memoranda, preparing for trial, and representing clients at depositions.
Prior to joining U&K, Tyler represented clients in commercial and construction litigation, medical malpractice claims, and contract disputes at Bond, Schoeneck & King in Rochester, NY and at Gibson, McAskill & Crosby in Buffalo, NY.
Tyler earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. from Albany Law School.
