University of Rochester, Rochester Regional Health, & Jordan Health to Participate in Engaging Panel Discussion

The event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 24th at the Five Star Bank Building in downtown Rochester.
The event itself is titled “Digital Health in The Contact Center: An Opportunity to Advance Health Equity” and will welcome several esteemed members from the healthcare community in Western New York in a panel discussion where they will bring real facts and statistics about the digital divide they’re facing. University of Rochester, Rochester Regional Health, and Jordan Health will be represented on the panel and joined by experts from Wilmac Technologies and CCaaS leader Five9.
This free event aims to bring together healthcare leaders, IT professionals, and technology innovators to explore the impact of healthcare investments in health equity and the role of contact center technology in supporting equitable care. Attendees will gain insights into how AI tools and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions can enhance patient experiences and improve digital health.
