Greater Rochester Chamber Announces 7th Cohort of CLIMB Young Professional Leadership Program

Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the seventh cohort of its CLIMB (Chamber Leadership Initiative: Mentoring for Business) program, welcoming a new group of outstanding young professionals dedicated to elevating their leadership and success. This nine-month leadership initiative empowers participants to cultivate inclusive leadership skills, enhance business acumen, and foster personal and professional growth through industry immersion, innovative thinking workshops, personal development, and one-to-one mentoring.

The CLIMB program is structured around four key pillars: Industry Immersion, which allows participants to explore the critical businesses and industries driving the Greater Rochester economy; Innovative Thinking Workshops that foster collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking; Personal and Professional Development sessions that focus on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills; and One-to-One Mentoring that pairs participants with experienced leaders to provide guidance and personalized advice on navigating complex leadership challenges.

The 2024 CLIMB program will cover a diverse range of topics, from marketing and technology to community health and sustainability, reflecting the dynamic landscape of today’s business world. These sessions are designed to equip participants with the insights and skills needed to thrive as future leaders in their organizations and the Greater Rochester community.
