Geared for Growth: Livingston Associates Helps Develop Customers Through Targeted Support Services
Livingston Associates provides support solutions for businesses across the northeast to help companies function at their best. President & COO Anthony DiTucci was featured on Geared for Growth on Wednesday, October 9th as part of Greater Rochester Chamber’s ongoing partnership with 13WHAM/FOX Rochester. DiTucci discussed the types of companies they service, what mission guides the organization, and what his plans for future growth are.
For over 30 years, Livingston Associates has provided organizations with growth support in key areas for businesses including accounting and finance, marketing, safety, trainings, human resources, and
more. “We offer a lot of different services that help companies function and perform at a higher level,” DiTucci explained. They service both small businesses who need part-time fractional support, as well as larger organizations who need to focus on other things to power their growth. Over the past five years since DiTucci began, they have expanded from three legacy clients to between 150 and 200 clients today through a shifted focus on growing their client base.
Livingston Associates aims to partner with “companies who want to be best-in-class,” Anthony shared. Internally, they drive this mindset by finding subject matter experts functioning at a high level to provide specific services to the organizations they work with. “We talk about being 9s and 10s a lot,” DiTucci noted, “People who are really exceptional at what they do, have good character, and create good chemistry within our group and with our clients.” Many of Livingston Associates customers fall into the construction and non-profit industries, mainly throughout Western New York from Buffalo to Syracuse.
When asked about his plans to continue the rapid growth Livingston Associates has seen over the past five years into the next five years, DiTucci shared that their focus will continue to shift and refine as their customers needs shift as they grow. He additionally shared that they will continue to seek out opportunities to break into new verticals.
