HR Consultant Tools Available – Wage & Benefits Data
Many of our Corporate and Partner member companies participate in our comprehensive annual wage and benefits surveys to receive complimentary results to use for internal employee benchmarking purposes. Members that aren’t able to participate do have a few options to get access to data to help ensure their pay and benefits are competitive: 1) they can schedule a time to come in and view the local surveys for free (Corporate & Partner tiers only) and the national surveys (Partner tier only), 2) they can request a free page of data from each of the surveys every year, and 3) members at any tier as well as nonmembers can purchase any of the wage and benefits surveys, with pricing dependent on membership tier. Corporate and Partner members are at the highest tier and therefore get the lowest survey pricing.
While our main focus is providing wage and benefits data for internal benchmarking purposes, we also understand that consultants have a need for local and sometimes national data in order to assist their clients with various compensation and benefits projects. Members that plan to work with a consultant can reach out to us and we will advise as to the options available at the most cost-effective price. In circumstances when a consultant might prefer to have a copy of the data for use with multiple clients, the consultant may opt to purchase a copy themselves.
Consultants that purchase one or more surveys are permitted to use the survey data in client projects but may not give a copy of the survey to the client or their employees. In addition, Greater Rochester Chamber must be referenced as the data source when sharing data from the survey or using the data in articles or presentations.
