OneROC and the Regional Revitalization Partnership (RRP) are excited to announce an exciting Request for Proposals (RFP) opportunity for a Local Project Administrator (LPA) to spearhead transformative growth along West Main Street’s business corridor.
This initiative aims to revitalize the stretch between Broad Street and Genesee Street, providing funding for building renovations that will enhance neighborhood-serving businesses—including retail shops, restaurants, and essential local services. The project also seeks to boost mixed-use development, creating a vibrant, sustainable area where residents and businesses can thrive.
The selected LPA will collaborate closely with community stakeholders to implement sustainable development strategies, foster commercial activity, and contribute to the economic vitality of the West Main Street corridor.
