Since 2023, Greater Rochester Chamber’s DEI Leadership Exchange has brought our region’s top leaders working to create a more equitable community together to network, share ideas, and identify opportunities for collaboration. We are excited to launch our third cohort in January for leaders looking to deepen their connections to the DEI community in Greater Rochester and find new actionable ways to make our region and their organization a better place for all. Keep reading to hear four reasons to apply for our exclusive 2025 Leadership Exchange:

1. Exchange Best Practices: By joining the DEI Leadership Exchange, you will become part of an elite and exclusive group of leading diversity advocates within the Greater Rochester community. Professional facilitation and a carefully selected group of peer leaders create a confidential and supportive environment, enabling open and candid discussions around challenges, initiatives, and new ideas in a safe space.
