2025 State and Federal Labor Law Posters – Member Discount
One of the many benefits of Greater Rochester Chamber membership is through our HR partner, GovDocs. Members receive a 10% discount on NYS or other state labor posters, federal labor law posters, safety posters, and more. A Spanish version of posters is available as well. Discounts may be available for employers with more than 50 locations (contact GovDocs directly).
In addition, GovDocs offers an Update Service which is an annual subscription that automatically provides updated posters to applicable locations whenever a labor law posting change occurs.

It's also important to mention that whenever a new poster is released, such as the NYS Minimum Wage poster which changes every year, poster vendors get notified at the same time as employers. It typically takes a few weeks for the vendor to receive the new poster info from the state in question, and then update across all their products. We encourage members to print the new poster from the government agency website and post over the old version until a new all in one poster can be ordered. If you're not sure whether the newest version of a poster is included in the all in one poster, I recommend contacting the poster vendor directly.
