Rochester, NY – Hurwitz Fine P.C. is proud to announce the official opening of its new brick-and-mortar office in Rochester, NY, located at 100 Office Park Way, Pittsford 14534. This marks an exciting milestone in the firm’s continued growth and commitment to serving clients in the region. Along with this expansion, we are pleased to welcome two litigation attorneys to our Rochester-based team: Elizabeth K. Ognenovski and Bradon S. Carlson.

With a longstanding reputation for excellence in business services, litigation defense, and insurance coverage, Hurwitz Fine’s expanded presence in Rochester strengthens our ability to provide comprehensive legal services to businesses and individuals across Western New York and beyond. The new Rochester litigation team includes:

  • Elizabeth K. Ognenovski joins Hurwitz Fine as Litigation Special Counsel. She focuses on retail & hospitality liability, premises liability, construction accidents/New York State Labor Law, products liability, and property damage claims. With extensive experience in civil defense litigation, including appellate work, she has successfully represented corporations, small businesses, and individuals in both state and federal courts. Elizabeth is also highly skilled in risk management strategies, accident investigations, and regularly provides in-house legal training to retailers.
  • Bradon S. Carlson joins Hurwitz Fine as a Litigation Associate. Bradon focuses on premises liability, retail liability, product liability, automobile liability, and New York State Labor Law. With experience defending complex litigation matters, Bradon has a background in civil defense and is also dedicated to pro bono work, assisting tenants facing eviction and providing legal counsel on various matters.

While Hurwitz Fine has maintained a presence in Rochester for the past five years with New York State Labor Law Attorney Timothy P. Welch, the establishment of a permanent office signifies our ongoing investment in the region.

“We are thrilled to open our doors in Rochester and further strengthen our ties to the legal and business community,” said Jody E. Briandi, President/Managing Partner of Hurwitz Fine P.C. “As our client base has continued to grow across the state and region, it became clear that expanding our presence would allow us to provide enhanced legal services to these new and existing clients.”

She continued, “With the addition of Elizabeth and Bradon to our team, along with our existing Rochester-based team, we are well-positioned to continue delivering exceptional legal services across a wide range of practice areas.”

Hurwitz Fine P.C. remains committed to providing innovative legal solutions and trusted counsel to clients throughout New York State and beyond.
