Tompkins Community Bank Welcomes Merissa DuClon as Branch Manager, Arcade
BATAVIA, NY (February 11, 2025) – Introducing a new team member to its Arcade Branch, Tompkins Community Bank (Tompkins) has welcomed Merissa DuClon as a branch manager. With over a decade of experience in the banking industry, DuClon will cultivate relationships with local businesses and ensure that customers’ needs are at the forefront of the banking experience at the branch.

Prior to joining Tompkins, DuClon worked as a retail services officer at Community Bank, NA. A dedicated member of her community, DuClon serves as a parent representative for the Franklinville Paws Swim Club and, prior to COVID-19, co-organized a variety of fundraisers for the Roswell Cancer Institute and St. Jude’s Hospital.
