Call for Nominations: 2025 Greater Rochester Chamber Inclusive Leadership Award
Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations and applications for its 2025 Inclusive Leadership Award. The Greater Rochester Chamber Inclusive Leadership Award recognizes and honors leaders who are driving inclusivity in the workplace, as well as the organizations that support them. These organizations empower these individuals by providing the platform, resources, and opportunities needed to foster an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. Together, they lead initiatives that promote empowerment and create lasting impact. This award is designed to recognize leaders across industries and job titles, including top executives, department leaders, and HR professionals. This year’s award will be presented at a ceremony on Thursday, July 10 at the Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
A group of finalists is determined based on the award criteria and supporting documentation provided in the application package. Final selection of the Greater Rochester Chamber Inclusive Leadership Award recipient is made by judges consisting of a diverse group of leaders from the Greater Rochester business community.
