HR Spring Cleaning – Time to Spruce Up Your Poster Board!
Spring has sprung and now it a great time to review your checklist to make sure your HR house is in order for the rest of the year. That includes state and federal labor law posters.

However, keep in mind, there are several posters that poster vendors can’t provide including NYS workers’ compensation, disability, and paid family leave. Employers must obtain those from your carriers. And some have an expiration date so be sure to request an updated copy from your carrier if needed. In addition, employers must post their unemployment registration certificate, their HERO Act plan, etc.
