Serendipity Labs to host Ribbon Cutting at Innovation Square 10/12/22
Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce member Serendipity Labs will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday, October 12, 2022 to celebrate the grand opening of their new facility on the 23rd and 24th floor at 100 S. Clinton Avenue, Innovation Square (formerly Xerox Tower) in downtown Rochester. The event is open to the public. Please click here to register.
The facility will feature 24,000 square feet of coworking and flexible office facility, with move-in ready, Class A flexible workplaces. Innovation Square joins the Serendipity Labs network of more than 30 locations throughout the U.S. and U.K. Memberships for private offices, team rooms, meeting space and drop-in plans are available. The Serendipity Labs IT platform is HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley audit trail compliant and PCI-DSS and GLBA certified for e-commerce.
Innovation Square is the fifth New York location for Serendipity Labs, as New York is their headquarters region. They were an anchor participant in the reanimation of Seneca One in Buffalo and the former Chase Manhattan Plaza building in the Financial District of Manhattan. The offices, meeting rooms, and Lab Café are modern and upscale, designed for work in the 21st Century, with sweeping window views of the Genesee River, Museum of Play, Kodak Tower, and the Sibley Building.
