Call for Nominations: 2nd Annual Colors of Success DEI Leadership Award
ROCHESTER, NY (June 22nd, 2023) – Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce has issued a call for nominations for its second annual Colors of Success DEI Leadership Award. 
Launched in 2022, the Colors of Success DEI Leadership Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated exemplary leadership in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the greater Rochester community with clear positive impacts as a result of these efforts. This award is our highest recognition for individual achievement related to DEI and is awarded annually. Individuals can also self-nominate. The nomination form will be open until Friday, July 21.
Greater Rochester Chamber will present the second annual award at an in-person Awards Ceremony on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the Floreano Riverside Convention Center from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM.
Greater Rochester Chamber President & CEO Bob Duffy said "We acknowledge the challenges faced in achieving diversity and equity in the Greater Rochester region. Recognizing the importance of honoring those who have made notable contributions, the Colors of Success DEI Leadership Award serves as our highest recognition for individuals who have positively impacted our community through exemplary leadership in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. These leaders have played a vital role in driving positive change and inspiring others to join this cause. We encourage our community to nominate exceptional leaders who have made significant progress in advancing DEI, as we work together to create a brighter and more inclusive future for Greater Rochester and beyond."
