September 25, 2023

Rochester, NY – Due to popular demand, Veterans Outreach Center is re-opening their patriotic-themed ‘Flag Store’ on Friday, September 29th with a ribbon cutting scheduled for 11am. The new location will be at 783 South Avenue in the City of Rochester, next to Otto House.

“Like many small retail stores, our Stars and Stripes Flag Store suffered during the pandemic, we closed shop but our customers really missed us!” explained VOC Executive Director – and Army veteran- Laura Heltz. “The re-opening of our store once again provides access to unique military branch merchandise and of course, American flags made in the USA. We are opening just in time for the holiday shopping season, and hope people will visit often,” added Heltz.

The hours of operation will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1pm to 5pm. The e-commerce store is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week at www.eflagstore.com.

This Friday, all items in the Flag Store will be 50% off. For more information, contact Lynne.Phipps@vocroc.org or call 585-546-3524.
