Business Council of NYS Webinar: Credit Card Surcharge Changes
Last year, a law was signed that requires merchants that impose a credit card surcharge fee to post prices inclusive of the surcharge fee. This law goes into effect on February 11, 2024.
In anticipation, The Business Council will host a webinar on February 15, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This presentation will be delivered by the Division of Consumer Protection at the NYS Department of State to review and discuss how businesses can learn how to comply with the law. Participants will be allowed to ask questions during Q&A following the presentation.
