Insero Named No. 1 on Best Companies to Work For in New York List
Rochester, NY – April 23, 2024 – Insero & Co. CPAs has been ranked the No. 1 Best Company to Work For in New York for 2024 in the medium companies category by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group.
This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in New York, benefiting its economy, workforce and businesses. The list includes 92 companies. The rankings were announced April 17, 2024, at a celebration in Albany. This is the third year Insero has applied for the award, consistently ranking in the top three. The firm ranked first in 2022 and third in 2023.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process. The first part evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, accounting for 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, making up 75% of the total evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the survey process in New York, analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.
