A vibrant collection of forward-thinking young professionals is one of the Greater Rochester region’s most valuable assets. These young leaders are critical to advancing our region’s future and keeping our industries at the forefront of innovation. Greater Rochester Chamber’s CLIMB program is designed to help holistically develop these leaders. The comprehensive nine-month program fosters inclusive leadership skills, enhances business acumen and innovation, and cultivates personal and professional growth, empowering young professionals to ascend to new heights of leadership and success in their organizations and communities.

There are many options available to consider for developing your staff and empowering your team. As a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce program, CLIMB offers unparalleled access to Greater Rochester's business community, elected, and civic leaders. Since the program was founded in 2017, we have developed and refined CLIMB's curriculum, working with HR leaders and program participants to ensure that the program drills down on what our local businesses and young professionals need.
