Canandaigua Celebrates Fourth Annual Winter Carnival
Canandaigua, NY: Embrace the magic of the season at Canandaigua’s highly anticipated Winter Carnival, a one-of-a-kind event showcasing the area’s winter charm, talented local artisans, and exquisite culinary offerings. From Friday, January 17, through Sunday, January 19, 2025, visitors are invited to enjoy a weekend of shopping, sipping, tasting, and family-friendly fun at three iconic venues: The Lake House on Canandaigua, Bristol Mountain, and New York Kitchen.

Residents and visitors alike love the lively winter carnival, complete with family-friendly activities and lakefront fire pits to keep everyone warm and cozy.
Now in its fourth year, the event has become a tradition in Ontario County. “The Winter Carnival is truly a celebration of everything that makes Canandaigua special,” said Jessica Thompson, Director of Activities & Guest Experiences at The Lake House on Canandaigua Lake. “From the vibrant local artisans to the incredible flavors of the Finger Lakes and the warmth of our community, this event brings it all together for a magical weekend that everyone can enjoy. We can’t wait to welcome visitors and share our love of the season.”
The Winter Carnival is a celebration of Canandaigua’s vibrant community and the unique experiences that make the Finger Lakes a year-round destination. From browsing local goods, to sampling award-winning flavors, to making memories with loved ones, the weekend offers something special for everyone.
