Strangebird Nominated for USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Best Brewpub

—Strangebird, a brewery and restaurant located at 62 Marshall Street, in Rochester, New York, has been nominated for Best Brewpub, as part of USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

Voting begins on Monday, January 27th at noon EST and ends on Monday, February 24th at 11:59am EST. The top 10 winners, as ranked by USA TODAY 10Best readers, will be announced on Wednesday, March 5th at noon EST.

Micah Krichinsky, Founder and Brewer, has 15 years’ experience, previously working at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and is a graduate of U.C. Davis’ Master Brewer’s program. Eric Salazar, Director of Wood Aged Beers, has 25 years of experience creating award winning beer aged in oak barrels, and helped pioneer the Wood Aged Beer program at New Belgium Brewing Company.
