Regional Revitalization Partnership Selects Local Project Administrator for West Main Gateway Project
OneROC is proud to announce the selection of a Local Project Administrator (LPA) to lead the West Main Gateway project, funded through the Regional Revitalization Partnership (RRP), a transformative public-private investment strategy fueling renewal in Rochester, Buffalo, and Niagara Falls. The West Main Gateway project is designed to help revitalize the West Main Street Corridor from West Genesee Street to West Broad Street, a historically significant but long-underinvested area of Rochester.
The multi-faceted team, led by LaBella Associates in partnership with the Susan B. Anthony Neighborhood Association, In.Site Architecture, Community Design Center of Rochester, and Tipping Point Communications, will oversee critical components of the revitalization effort, including a commercial real estate study, urban design standards, community engagement on public realm improvements, and administration of grants of up to $250,000 for business property enhancements.
