New Training Opportunities to Advance Your Team & Grow Your Business
This spring, our Chamber Academy is excited to launch several new trainings to help keep your staff equipped with the latest tools and strategies to thrive in your organization. By investing in training for your staff, you are investing in your company’s most valuable asset—its people—and this promotes increased job satisfaction, increased employee loyalty, decreased turnover rates, and many other benefits.
On Wednesday, May 14th, our new training “The Power of Us: Exploring the Pillars of Workplace Excellence” will begin. This two-part training session led by Clearpath HR Solutions Co-Founders, Edward Peet and Karen Shed will provide actionable insights and strategies to create an inclusive, supportive workplace that fosters innovation.
