Rochester Chamber conducts the most comprehensive benchmarking surveys available in the Rochester area. Participation is open to members only, and only those at the Corporate and Partner levels. Current members participating in surveys automatically receive a complimentary copy of those survey results. Wage and benefit surveys also can be purchased.

Survey Viewing Option
As an added benefit of membership, for Corporate and Partner members that are unable to participate, your HR/management staff can schedule a time to come in and view the local wage & salary surveys and take notes. Partner members also have the added benefit of being able to view both the local and national wage and benefits surveys.

2016 Health and Human Services Annual Wage & Salary Survey
Close to 60 nonexempt and exempt positions are included in this survey of Rochester-area health care and human service organizations.
2016 Manufacturing Annual Wage & Salary Survey
This industry-specific survey reports data on close to 50 Rochester-area manufacturing positions, including assemblers, skilled trades, and machine operators.
2016 Nonexempt Annual Wage & Salary Survey
Data on more than 95 administrative, clerical, maintenance, warehouse, and technical positions for the Rochester area.
2016 Professional/Managerial Annual Wage & Salary Survey
More than 120 finance, human resource, customer service, engineering, IT, production, public relations, purchasing, marketing, sales, and legal positions are included in this Rochester-area survey.
2016 Custom Cut Annual Wage & Salary Survey
For precise benchmarking, survey participants can select specific companies to be represented in this report for a nominal fee. This survey has the same format and design as the Annual Wage & Salary Survey.
2016 National Executive Compensation Survey
Survey results include base compensation, as well as benefits summaries for 47 key executive positions in 22 major geographical areas. National results now include breakouts by geographic area.
2015/2016 Policies and Benefits Survey
This biennial publication is a comprehensive survey of paid time off, employee relations, pay practices, working conditions, health and welfare benefits, recruitment, training and development, and much more. Nationally, 1,906 companies participated in this survey, including 126 Rochester Chamber Corporate and Partner members. Information is provided in two separate report formats: National and Rochester. Within each report, you will find a detailed analysis of data broken down by company size, which allows employers to benchmark against similarly sized organizations. Purchase price includes both the Rochester and National reports.
