We can help you stay up to date and in compliance with the ever-changing HR laws and help you connect with your HR peers at other businesses. These services are available to members only, with some services available only to certain tiers.

HR Benchmarking Surveys

Our annual benchmarking surveys provide valuable data on local and national compensation, benefits, and HR trends. Only Corporate and Partner members may participate in these surveys.

HR Forums

Our HR forums promote information sharing and networking with peers. There are four different HR forums, some organized by company size and experience level, others by subject matter.

Friday HR Briefings

These complimentary sessions focus on HR and business topics that are relevant and timely. Meetings are typically held monthly on the first Friday of the month.

Payfactors Free

Get HR-sourced market data for FREE, with over 6,000 jobs to choose from! Payfactors Free data is an excellent complement to the local wage and salary data in Greater Rochester Chamber surveys.

Zywave HR Services Portal

Zywave HR Services portal is our new online HR solution provided at no cost to all tiers of membership. Basic access includes a multi-state law comparison tool, OSHA logs, sample job descriptions and job description builder, salary tool, total compensation statement builder, sample documents, and more. Upgrade packages available to access the training courses and employee handbook builder.

HR Helpline

Members can request assistance with their HR-related issues from our experienced HR Services staff, including state and federal labor laws, employee relations situations, best practices, sample policies and forms, etc. via phone or by email. Access varies by membership tier.

Labor Law Poster Discount

Through an agreement with GovDocs, a well-known provider of labor law posters across the country, members are eligible for a 10% discount on the price of all products purchased through GovDocs. Options available to provide updates as they occur and to ensure remote employees are covered as well. Request the discount code.

For those HR projects and services we are unable to provide in-house, our network of experienced consulting professionals can help provide solutions to your HR challenges at competitive rates.
