Colors of Success - DEI Event Series
Workplace equity is a defining feature of a successful organization in all its forms, including race, gender, ability (physical, psychological), sexual orientation, religion, and others.
Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present Colors of Success (CoS), an introductory diversity, equity, and inclusion series which will inform, inspire, and encourage organizations improve workplace equity in the Rochester area and beyond.
Thank you to our series sponsors for their support in bringing our three introductory CoS sessions to our members at no charge:
Many organizations are struggling to attract and retain talent, improve workplace culture, expand customer base, and optimize talent. This series will help your organization become a more inclusive and diverse workplace by focusing on three main areas: unconscious bias, inclusive culture, and the business case. Better understanding the value in different perspectives can motivate employees towards creativity and innovation, while also having a positive effect on productivity and employee engagement.
Rochester Chamber is also offering a more robust training that will build off of the introductory sessions and take a deeper dive into the topic. Click here for details on the training.
For those organizations interested in dedicated training for their employees, please contact us to learn about custom training options.
