2025 Greater Rochester Chamber MWBE Awards and Monroe County MWBE Certification Celebration
Greater Rochester Chamber annually presents the Greater Rochester Chamber MWBE Awards, in partnership with Insero Advisors, LLC, to promote equitable economic growth and empowerment.
To be eligible for the Greater Rochester Chamber MWBE Awards, applicants must have at least 51% minority or women ownership, be privately held, headquartered in the nine-county Greater Rochester region, and earn a minimum of $250,000 in gross revenue for the last three fiscal years. Rankings, based on revenue growth, are reviewed confidentially by Insero Advisors, LLC, ensuring accuracy. This annual event celebrates outstanding achievements in our business community.
In collaboration with Monroe County, COMIDA, and MCIDC, Greater Rochester Chamber also supports and celebrates locally certified MWBEs. Since January 2021, Monroe County has certified over 500 MWBEs, creating opportunities for growth, capacity building, and generational wealth.

For over three decades, Greater Rochester Chamber has proudly brought the prestigious Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 Awards to our region, celebrating the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit that defines us. This high-energy event, attended by nearly 2,000 business leaders, honors the fastest-growing privately owned companies and the visionaries behind their success.
To qualify, businesses must be privately held, headquartered in the nine-county Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region, and have earned at least $1 million in revenue for the past three fiscal years. Rankings, determined by exceptional revenue growth, are reviewed confidentially by KPMG LLP to ensure accuracy and integrity. This annual celebration is a cornerstone of recognition for the outstanding achievements of our business community.
