ATHENA International Awards
The internationally-recognized ATHENA Award® Program was founded in 1982 in Lansing, Michigan by ATHENA International Founder Martha Mertz. The award was originally established to honor the achievements of exceptional women leaders. Women Empowering Women Half-Day Conference
Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and its Women’s Council affiliate, hosts the 4th Annual Women Empowering Women half-day conference with an amazing group of professional women ready to continue making a change, especially in this new environment we are living in. The Greater Rochester Chamber MWBE Awards celebrate the remarkable achievements of our region's fastest-growing minority- and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs), highlighting their ongoing success through growth rankings based on revenue increases, taking into account both percent increase and actual dollar amount. Eligible companies must be headquartered in the Greater Rochester area.

Colors of Success Leadership Award
The Colors of Success Leadership Award, brought to the community by Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, celebrates individuals who have shown outstanding leadership in fostering a sense of belonging, ensuring economic fairness, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences in their workplace and the Greater Rochester community. This award recognizes those whose efforts have positively impacted the cultural and economic fabric of their environment and is awarded annually.
The Colors of Success Leadership Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate excellence in sustained efforts toward advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, directly contribute to programs that support the advancement of individuals from diverse backgrounds, and demonstrate commitment to mentoring diverse groups in the workplace and community.

Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 Awards
Rochester has always been known as a region of innovation spurred by a strong entrepreneurial spirit. In recognition of that spirit, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and KPMG LLP are pleased to present the annual Rochester Chamber Top 100, a program that recognizes the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the Greater Rochester region.
To be eligible for the Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100, businesses must be privately held, headquartered in the nine-county Rochester region, and have earned at least $1 million in revenue in each of the three most recent fiscal years. The Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 is computed based on revenue growth, taking into account both dollar and percentage growth.
This event, held at the Floreano Convention Center, is one of the most joyous and certainly the largest businesses celebration of the year with close to 1800 in attendance!
